DP83867IR: 100MB MDI/MDIX Connections

I'm using DP83867IR in one of my design, so

I have two questions about DP83867IR:

1. AMDIX Feature:

• I noticed that PAP series has an AMDIX disable strap pin
• For IR series, is the AMDIX feature enabled by default?
• Is there any strap pin available for AMDIX control in IR series?

2. Differential Pair Routing: Due to PCB layout constraints, I'm considering crossing the TX/RX connections:

• RX+/RX- → TRD_P[A]/TRD_N[A]
• TX+/TX- → TRD_P[B]/TRD_N[B]

Is this configuration acceptable with Auto-MDIX enabled?"
