MAX3232E: MAX3232EIPWRQ1 -OUTPUT IS JUNK CHARACTER AFTER DIPPING IN DIP COATING/ NANO COATING

MAX3232EIPWRQ1 IS USED FOR DIAC  APPLICATION ON A COMPLEX COMMUNICATION BOARD , HAS A UNIQUE ISSUE WHERE ONLY THIS IC OUT OF 30 IC ON THE BOARD FAILS OR OUTPUT IS JUNK CHARACTER AFTER DIPPING IN DIP COATING NANO COATING SOULTION  PROMOSOLV UT10 2% USED FOR PROTECTION  SIMILAR TO CONFORMAL COATING .

PRODUCT WORKS FINE BEFOR COATING BUT AFTER COATING IT FAILS 

ON REPLACING THE IC WITH ANOTHER NEW IC WITHOUT COATING ,  THE BOARD WORKS FINE (SWAP TEST)

INPUT/ OUTPUT FOR THE DIAC IS CONFIGURED THRU USB 

ANY SUCH REPORTING OR KNOWLEDGE WHY THIS HAPPENS.

    Based on the summary of what you're seeing it seems like the coating is causing some sort of damage to the device. I personally don't have any expertise on why the solution/coating would damage the device. You may need to look at using some other coating solution.
