TLIN1028-Q1: unencrypted simulation model for TLIN1028

Tool/software:

We are looking for unencrypted SPICE model of TLIN1028 to validate the measurement reports through ANSYS EMC simulation. This will help us consider exact behavior of module rather than any approximations.

We already tried to import IBIS model available on website, but power and ground pins are not importing since it’s IBIS model.

So, if we can get the unencrypted SPICE model or equivalent simulation model for these pins it will be helpful.

Yes, it can be ignored but sometimes it can give unexpected results after simulation so it is better to address if we can.

How can we address this in current IBIS file as it is due to a particular buffer?

Hi Mahesh,

If you absolutely need to clear the warnings, you may simply edit the IBIS model's [GND Clamp] and [Power Clamp] sections to ensure the currents approach zero.

Further note that models can include leakage currents or diode behaviors that cause small non zero values. Many IBIS parsers flag these warnings. However, they should not be impacting results. Please help double confirm if your simulation is running correctly, thanks.
