TCAN3414: 100% ICT function test failure

Pins 5 and 8 are different between these devices.

SN65HVD233's pin 5 enables loopback mode; pin 8 selects the driver's output slope.
TCAN3414's pin 5 enables shutdown mode; pin 8 enables standby mode.

What is the value of R53?

Thanks for your prompt response, R53 value 4.7K ohm, then kindly advise any solution for such situation?  

4.7 kΩ should be strong enough to force the pin low.

Please check the voltages at pins 5 and 8.

We tested both TCAN3414DR and SN65HVD233DR, no voltage output between pinv5 and pin 8.
