TCAN1051HGV: Designing with TCAN1051HGV

Part Number: TCAN1051HGV

Tool/software:

Hello Team,
We are using the CAN transceiver TCAN1051HGV in one of our applications.

Upon reading the datasheet, I got some doubts regarding the internal of the transceiver.

How the IC convert the single ended Tx signal to differential.
Does the IC uses some type of fully differential amplifier inside it?.

To know more about it, I have gone through another LVDS driver (SN55LVDS31), in its datasheet it is mentioned, the IC uses an internal current source to drive the differential line.

Does all differential transceivers uses this kind of current source within it?.
