Hi!

We are considering the use of the DS110DF111SQ/NOPB IC for our design.

Although the maximum Operating Temp Range has been provided for the IC, we were not able to find any information on the Max. Operating Junction temperature (where functionality of the component is assured).

These values would assist us greatly in our thermal simulations. Thanks!
