    HI Anitha,

    The Tjmax of the components you listed are not released. All of them should be operated within operating free-air temperature -40 to 85C (Q1 version of them will be up to 125C).

    The components you listed are not AEC qualified. The Q-100 qualified parts will be have a Q1 at the end of their PN.

    For example, TCA9517ADGKR is not AEC qualified, and TCA9517DGKRQ1 is AEC qualified.
