I'd like to know if it is possible SN65LVDT14 component receives +3,3V on its input while power off.

I think it is possible due to § 6.5 Receiver Electrical Characteristics which indicates II(OFF) parameter.

The absolute maximum ratings allow voltages above V_CC.

Do you mean : yes it is possible the SN65LVDT14 input is able to receive voltage while component is powered off, and value may be up to the absolute maximum rating value which is +4V ?

Hi Vincent,

Your analysis is correct. The presence of Ioff spec and the fact that the maximum input voltage exceeds Vcc indicate that this device is capable of having its inputs driven while Vcc=0.
