For some of them I have the following data

Base material – Cu

Underplating – Pd over Ni

Lead Finish – Matte Sn/Au

Is this correct across all of these devices?

Hi Isaac,

The base material we use in Cu, and the lead finish is detailed in the Package Option Addendum within the datasheet of the devices. Could you be more specific about the underplating, not entirely sure what you are requesting.
