Customer feedbacks there are 3pcs/300 of TCA9539 has different response:

DUT command, read register 0*00-0*07 from I2C 7 line address 0*74 device, and response with Hex format.

The expected content is 00:00 ff ff ff 00 00 ff 00.

3pcs response with: 00:08 ff ff ff 00 00 ff 00

The difference is the value read for P07.

What is the voltage that you measure at pin P07? If it is low, then it is likely that these devices got damaged. Do you have connectors, switches, or anything that can be touched by a human? Are there ESD protection components?

What does the schematic look like for the IO side? Are some Pxx pin floating?
