TUSB321: CC pins doesn't toggle in DRP mode

Hi,

in our design we have a TUSB320 device in DRP mode. If no cable is connected the CC2 pin will toggle, according to the datasheet. For evaluation purposes we modified our design to use a TUSB321. DRP mode is also selected, but the CC2 pin won't be toggle. We only connect VBUS, ID and CC pins, the other are open.

I don't know why the CC pin isn't toggling. Can you help me to solve the problem?
