Hi All,

I have a question about the Link Quality Check of the DP83867.

After running a Link Quality Check, the Link Quality was found to be Poor.
What could be the cause?

Could DP83867 be the cause?

    Hi Ishiwata-san,

    Link quality is a function of cable quality, MDI trace layout, passive component network on MDI, noise in the environment, and link partner's MDI network. As there are many possible causes, we typically check for any functional issues as the first step before isolating.

    Do you observe any packet loss during communication?
