TCAN1463-Q1: How to calculate resistor/capacitor value on WAKE pin?

I am Choi Hyeon-geon of KyungShin.

When connected as shown in the figure above, is there any problem with the capacitor value being 22nF? 

(Vin of Vsup and Vin of Wake Pin are connected to the same node. However, they are not connected perfectly close to each other.)

I would like to know how to calculate the capacitor capacity that can compete with the resistor value connected to the Wake Pin.

* Is there a way to calculate the capacitor capacitance in Datasheet 9.4.1.5.2 ?
