LM8330: PCB layout example

Hello,

Do you have any PCB layout recommendations for LM8330 or any example ? For example how to connect the GND ball being in the middle of the package in a simple 4 layers PCB. The doc of the LM8330 eval board provides views of top and bottom layers but not really readable.

    Hi Philippe,

    I can't access the LM8330 files because they are old. 

    I would assume that if the GND ball is in the center, they most likely routed the GND connection through a via down to a GND layer in a 2 or 4 board layer scenario. 

    Is it possible for you to include a via near the center pin?
