ETHERNET-SW: Open Alliance TC6 Library

I am not understanding the ask here. What do you mean by Open Alliance TC6 Library? From the web: "TC6’s objective is to develop the OPEN Alliance SGMII specification".

As far as I know, we don't have solution yet but we are considering to have SPI-ETH transceiver device. For customer's easy access, I heard that this kind of device would have TC6 Library and it can be provided by chip vendor. Not sure if it is Ethernet team's coverage or EP team's coverage but the Library should run on EP device. I'm just curious of Ethernet team is considering to support this Library.

As they use our device which doesn't include Ethernet MAC, they have to use SPI-Eth transceiver. As far as I know, we don't have this product yet. When customer contacted existing SPI-Eth transceiver company, they said TC6 Library would be very useful. If there is no Ethernet MAC, the Ethernet PHY drivers you linked doesn't work, right? As I don't have deep understanding, I'm asking this question.
