There is not a specific lenght requirement. However, there are recommended Insertion Loss and Return Loss length requirements for the PCB traces. We have a metric for IL/RL across the entire high-speed channel (PCB+Cable+PCB) in Section 5.4.6.1 Channel Requirements in the 964 datasheet. But if you want a more detailed breakdown, please reach out to your local FAE and request the FPD3 Channel Specs document.
