The device marking in the frist picture is TCAL9539, but the 2nd picture is PTCAL9538RTWR,

9538 is wrong info. or it means some other mean?

Preview devices have a "P" prefix. This prefix is removed when the 'real' device becomes available.

The TCAL9538RTWR is orderable now, so this looks as if the datasheet has not yet been updated.

PTCAL9538RTWR needs to be updated to TCAL9538RTWR. This is a mistake on our end in the que to update.

So the MPN is TCAL9538RTWR or TCAL9539RTWR？ In the datasheet，Orderable Device is TCAL9539RTWR.

The "8" is a typo; TCAL9539RTWR is correct.
