I am enquirying if there are any available:

    1. Theta JC (Resistance from junction to case) in degC/W
    2. Theta JB (Resistance from junction to Board) in degC/W

for DS100BR111SQE/NOPB that we can use for our thermal simulations.

    Please see below thermal resistance value,

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 42.6
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 35.0
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 19.3
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 0.4
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 19.3
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 3.3
