SN65LVDS34: Thermal Resistance Values

Part Number: SN65LVDS34

Tool/software:

I am looking for the Thermal Resistance values (Theta Ja, Jb and Jc) for the SN65LVDS34D package.  I could not find this information in the datasheet, in the forum or on the website.

    Hi Jason,

    Here is the thermal info for that device:

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 102.7
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 48.7
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 43.1
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 8.8
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)

    42.6
