DPHY440SSRHREVM: EV Kit not working please check

Tool/software:

I am testing DPHY440SS EV Kit to check whether it works well in my intended design.

But the EV kit doesn't work well when testing it.

I want to show you this status, but image file uploading is locked in my company network, and I also don't want my test to be shown in public website.

So can you share your email address so that I can report my status?

    I've got DPHY440SSRHREVM from TI, and I tried to test it, but it doesn't work well.

    I turned Camera module using DPHY440SS.

    I linked it as below (intended twisted)

    camera ----- retimer_In ---- retimer_out ---- receiver 

    D0A ---- D3A ---- D3B ---- D0B

    D1A ---- D1A ---- D1B ---- D1B

    D2A ---- D2A ---- D2B ---- D2B

    D3A ---- D0A ---- D0B ---- D3B

    DCA ---- DCA ---- DCB ---- DCB

    but below 2 lane setting worked well (intended twisted)

    camera ----- retimer_In ---- retimer_out ---- receiver 

    D0A ---- D3A ---- D3B ---- D0B

    D1A ---- D1A ---- D1B ---- D1B

    DCA ---- DCA ---- DCB ---- DCB

    so I measured MIPI signal by osilloscope, and I found that retimer's D0B output is strange, only LP Singal, no HS Signal.(D0A Input signal was OK, only D0B output was strange)

    other pin output(D1B, D2B, D3B, DCB) was OK.

    I also connected below(by image sensor lane mapping setting and receiver(Maxim Serializer) lane mapping), 

    but when I measured D0B of retimer, its singal was LP only, no HS signal like above 4 lane setting. other signals were good.

    camera ----- retimer_In ---- retimer_out ---- receiver 

    D3A ---- D3A ---- D3B ---- D3B

    D1A ---- D1A ---- D1B ---- D1B

    D2A ---- D2A ---- D2B ---- D2B

    D0A ---- D0A ---- D0B ---- D0B

    DCA ---- DCA ---- DCB ---- DCB

    I wonder that where this problem comes, and the DPHY440SS chip in the EV Board is suspicious whether it is working well.

    So I want to change the DPHY440SS chip on the EV Board to the sample I have, to check the other chip works well, but this EV Board is borrowed, not purchased. I wonder it is OK to rework changing DPHY440SS on the DPHY440SSRHREVM to the other DPHY440SS?

    I'm not sure I fully understand the connections laid out above. Can you share a block diagram with the connections?

    I'm not sure where this EVM is borrowed from, but its best to ask them to see if its ok. I dont see any issue with replacing the part.
