TCA9554: marking differences between parts we receive this year and last year

Please advise the reason of the marking difference s between 2 parts we received this year and last year.

Does it due to different production site?

    Hi Hillary,

    I checked the top side markings and both come from our fab sites and A/T sites.  

    The difference in the top-side marking is a difference in the handling of the device during the assembly process. The actual parts are the exact same electrically.
