SN65DSI85: MIPI to LVDS conversion

Part Number: SN65DSI85

Tool/software:

Dear Team,

My customer is considering to use the SN65DSI85 in MIPI to LVDS conversion application.

[STM32F769] -- (MIPI) --> [SN65DSI85] -- (LVDS) --> [LCD]

*LCD: XGA size, JEIDA 6bit or 8bit input

Q1:
The LCD LVDS clock is 52.4MHz.
The LVDS clock can be made from the REFCLK pin or from the MIPI clock.
When creating a clock from REFCLK, is it OK if the frequency is different from the clock on the CPU side?
For example, is there no problem if the CPU outputs MIPI-DSI assuming a pixel clock of 50MHz and the REFCLK of SN65DSI85 is 52MHz?

Best Regards,
