We have a few questions.
1) There is a G4 logo in COO China, but not in COO PH.
2)There is no 22N printing on the label, only CTK on the label.

Are these two problems normal?

1) Both devices are fully RoHS and J-STD-0609 compliant. Please refer to this link for more details: https://www.ti.com/support-quality/environmental-info/logo-product-labeling.html

What exactly is the issue here?

2) I'm not sure why that one reel did not have the 22L marking since this would be handled at A/T site, but the assembly site location is still listed here.

If you have ordered from ti.com or an authorized distributor, the units will perform as expected.

Howard,

Judging off the markings from the other units from PHI, this is a mistake.
