How to wake up two DP83TG720EVM-MC kits connected back-to-back via RJ45 ports between two PCs?

Our application involves two PCs running Windows 10. One PC is powered off, and the other is powered on to wake it up.

In Windows 10, we use the "MAGPAC" software to send commands for wake-up.

    Hi Jim,

    My understanding of your application is that you're trying to turn on one PC from another PC using WoL.  Can you confirm my understanding is correct?

    If my understanding is correct, can you try just connecting the PCs together with an Ethernet cable (no media converter) to ensure WoL is inherently working?
