One of my customer is using Ethernet Phy DP83867CSRGZT in SGMII mode, for LTE Program. Please find our block diagram shown here.
They are currently facing as issue in the field nodes, where they have packet loss if we connect the 30m CAT6 cable to RJ45 connector.
However, the same cable if they connect to electrical SFP, connected directly to the same switch(1G data rate) as shown above, there is no issue.
During issue scenario, RECR register (0X0015) in TI PHY is continuously incrementing for 1G data rate.
I have the attached the schematic for your review. Need your exper comments to solve this issue.
