TRS3221E: Problem in baud rate 230400

Hi,

I'm using TRS3221EIRGTR and it works well until baud rate of 115200, but fails - data corruption - on 230400, though it's specified until 250Kbps (I'm using TRS3221EIRGTR).

This is the schematics:

The UART_RX_TA and UART_TX_TA are at 1.8V levels.'

TB_RS232_RX and TB_RS232_TX are routed to a connector.

Please kindly advice.
