hi I have made a SPE to SPE board to enhance SPE signal , use two DP83TG720 RGMII back to back connnected

there is a mcu in the SPE to SPE board， can configure two DP83TG720s registers with MDIO and MDC

when I powered up the system， one PC failed to ping the other PC's IP address, but the SQI LED indicator the

SPE signal Quality is perfect,

my question: Do I need to configure two DP83TG720s registers in the SPE to SPE board?

Bootstrap does not appear to be configured, the PHY will default to SGMII. Please see section 7.5.1 of the datasheet for detailed bootstrap to configure RGMII. In addition to configuring the PHY via bootstrap, the PHY can also be configured via register access.

OK ，I have solved this issue, one Phy must be configured RGMII TX RX wander mode
