Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

Whenever I connect the serializer without a CMOS sensor, the serializer is recognized on ALP. But once I plug in the CMOS sensor, the green LED that indicates PoE power goes off and the serializer becomes unrecognized. Do you have any idea what this could possibly be? I have attached images for reference.

    Hi TICSC,

    Can you clarify what sensor board is this? Is this our design? 

    It looks like there is a short circuit or much higher than intended current being overdrawn which causes the SER not work properly.

    Please check the supply pin voltages on the SER before and after plugging in the sensor board and see if there is any drop on any pin.
