Hello,

Can we used RJ45 connector with integrated magnetics part number 3-2301994-5 from TE connectivity with PHY DP83867IR ? Based on the datasheet, "Each center tap on the side connected to the PHY, must be isolated from one another and connected to ground via a decoupling capacitor (0.1 μF recommended)",  but here it is shorted and connected to P1. Please guide us.

    Hi Salini,

    Because the center tap of separate channels are shorted together, we do not recommend this connector.
    We recommend Pulse Electronics HX5008FNL for a discrete magnetics component.
