TCA9539-Q1: Support for active input when VCC = 0v

Tool/software:

Hi, can the TCA9539-Q1 support a condition where the TCA9539-Q1 in unpowered but has an active 5V signal on one of its PIOs? Will it be damaged? I didn't see a Ioff conditions specified in the data sheet like other TI devices.
