TCA9406: About I2C level shifters

Hi There,

I would like to use I2C between devices connected via a separate 3.3V supply.
We are considering the following devices that can be used with VCCA = VCC_3.3V and VCCB = VDD_3.3V.

We searched for devices with the following supply restrictions:
No rule (No restrictions) or VCCA≦VCCB (Equipotential)

1.Can TCA9406 and TCA9416 be used at the same voltage?
2.TCA9406
　VIL is defined as a maximum of 0.15V.
　Other devices have similar standard values, but is this the maximum value?
3.TCA9416
　What are the specifications for I2C VIL/VIH and VOL?

It can be used if the VIL and VOL of each device are 0.4V or less.
