Please help to suggest a replacement solution for MPESDA33CT.

I can't find 3.3V Vrwm solution on the website.

There are 3.3 V ESD protection diodes: ti.com/passive-discrete/diodes/esd-protection-diodes/products.html#810=Bi-directional&3285=3.6;3.6

Hi Peter,

A pin 2 pin device we have with similar specs is ESD321DYAR. It is unidirectional while the MPESDA33CT is bidirectional. If you are okay with not having pin 2 pin, then please let me know and I can recommend another device.

Hi Peter,

I would recommend ESD341DPLR then. It is better spec'd than the MPESDA33CT and is in a smaller package (DFN0603). Please let me know if you need anything else.
