What doesn’t work with the DP83TG720 based design regarding TSN compliance?

    Hi Adam,

    DP83TG720 does not support 1588v2/802.1AS hardware timestamping, like DP83TG721 does. 

    DP83TG720 can be used in systems where the MAC supports 1588v2/802.1AS hardware timestamping, but hardware timestamping in the PHY (DP83TG721) will be the most accurate.
