DP83822H: Must TPI termination supply voltage be 3.3V

From the DP83822 datasheet, it says to connect center tap to AVD supply, either 1.8V or 3.3V

But if i use AVD=1.8V, do i still need to connect termination to 3.3V supply?

According figure 9-2 it seems so, but is this true?
