We need to simulation the TS3DV642A0RUAR,could you provide the SNP Files?

we try to load the IBIS module which TI web provided, but fail, maybe the files loss the R/L/C Value?

we need the snp files include the R/L/C Value,thanks

Which specific file are you having issues with?

You mentioned IBIS, but this part doesn't have an IBIS model.

Hello Chen,

We don't support HSPICE anymore.

Can you please try to download and run the PSPICE model instead (second file)?
