Let me double confirm TCA6408ARSVR, if P7 pin setting out put Push-Pull mode , we have not pull down resistor between P7 and MOSFET G pin.

When V3P3 drop, does it any concern or not?

Hi Sky,

If V_3P3 drops, then P7 floats.

This would cause an unknown voltage to appear at the gate of the MOSFET. A PD or PU resistor would be beneficial here to keep the FET in a known state.
