My customer use TCAN1057AVDDFRQ1 on 800V auto BMS and do short circuit test on CANL with 32V power, you can see below test setup condition:
they keep CANH floating, directly connect 32V DC power to CANL, after 30 seconds, TCAN will be burnt down, and test CANL pin impedance to GND----only 50ohm, seems short to GND
at this time, TXD waveform as below, and device is in normal mode

I'd like to know why TCAN1057AVDDFRQ1 bus can't handle 32V? but customer said TJA1051 can handle at same condition, does our device has some different application note with NXP that I need to pay attention to?
