DS90UB935-Q1: PDB PIN Timing

Hi team,

My customer Valeo connected the TPS650332x-Q1 RSTOUT pin to PDB pin of DS90UB935, and they used the RC circuit in the PDB pin of DS90UB935 in order to offer a delay for the T3 timing. But it will cause the abnormality of PMIC, and the abnormality disappeared after they removed the RC. They asked if they can ignore the T3 timing requirement and remove the RC circuit.
