Hi,

I'm using TPD4E02B04 to protect a USB3 interface on my board.

I also have an ethernet interface I want to protect and I want to know if I can use the TPD4E02B04 as well. I know it is designed for high speed, however I need to know for sure it has no problem with things such as capacitance, ESD ratings, etc...

    Hi EM,

    Yes TPD4E02B04 can also be used for ethernet protection.There are no concern in terms of capacitance.

    Other key specs like the max required ESD ratings and clamping voltage will be determined by your application requirements and the protected IC abs max ratings.
