Can TPD1E10B09 is suitable for power line ESD protection?

For eg: Can TPD1E10B09 be used in USB VBUS line(USB 2.0)?

In general, power lines are already protected by the decoupling capacitor(s). (The purpose of most ESD protection diodes is to shunt the current spikes into the power supply.)

Hi Yasar,

Yes TPD1E10B09 can be used for Vbus protection. If you are protecting a 5V Vbus rail, I would recommend a diode with a working voltage closer to 5V such as TPD1E10B06.
