    Hi Zhang,

    1. Please see section titled "Set CTLE Boost Value" in the programming guide for this device.  Please let us know if anything is unclear.
    2. This will depend on how many channels you have active.  If you have all 8 channels active, you might consider adding a heat sink.  Please use the data sheet thermal information and power measurements to determine if you will exceed the maximum operating junction temperature of 110C in your application.
