Tool/software:
I need to bring in NTSC analog video similar to a DVD player into PC running Windows 11 via Ethernet, PCIexpress , USB, etc?
I can then use software like VLC to record the video. Very similar to security camera. No AUDIO!
Can tvp5146m2 do it?
We used TW6869 but there no Windows (10 or11) drivers anymore

I am sorry, we no longer offer direct support for this device on the E2E forum. You may search the E2E forum for archived posts of previous discussions which may help address your questions. I will suggest you start with the TVP5146 FAQ. Reading the datasheet, it has the Y and C video outputs and the I2C interface. There is no Ethernet, PCI and USB. Regret the inconvenience and lack of guidance on this.
