Is there a way that the CTE values can be provided for the following part numbers?

    Hi,

    Are you looking for the CTE for the plastic molding or something else like the metal leadframe?

    I will check internally on the CTE value of DP83867IRPAPT and will provide a response as soon as possible. But please submit the CTE request on each device separately as different TI groups supporting them.

    Hi Tamren,

    Here are the CTE values for DP83867IRPAPT:

    CTE for the leadframe is 17.6 ppm/C

    CTE for the plastic molding is

    • 12 ppm/C when temperature is below 115C
    • 50 ppm/C when temperature is above 115C

    Since our group only supports our Ethernet PHYs, I'm not sure what the CTE values are for the other part numbers you've listed. Please submit E2E tickets for the other parts to be directed to the right group. Thanks!
