ADUM1201A with ISO7221AD replacement

Hello,

 

There is a problem: my customer has replaced ADUM1201A with ISO7221AD, after that the scheme stopped working. The speed is 512kbit/s - two times slower than the maximum  in datasheet. There are no problems on lower speeds - 90kbps, 12kbps. What could be the problem?
