Hi,

My customer are going to use TLIN1029ADRBRQ1 and start to consider to replace into TLIN1039-Q1.

・Electrical characteristics and functions are equivalent to TLIN1029ADRBRQ1, is it a land-only change?

・Can the surrounding passive elements be used without modification?

・Do you have any suggestions for miniaturization of the TLIN1022ADMTRQ1?

    Hi Taku,

    Your understanding is correct and same passives can be used.

    For TLIN1022A-Q1, no specific suggestions. However, you may use via-in-pads to reduce pad sizes and component to component spacing while minimizing parasitics and allowing closer placement of passives, thanks.
