Hello TI,
I am using TCAL9539-Q1 for Programmable wakeup, Inputs will be Ignition and CAN.
What will be the Input voltage threshold values (VIH, VIL) when GPIO Pins acts as inputs (P00, P01, P02 etc), in datasheet VOL and VOH values were given not VIH nad VIL.
Could you please help me out by providing the input threshold values?
