I'm currently designing a function using the transceiver THVD2450DR and I would like to know if the entries R, /RE, DE, D are clamped to GND or VCC or both.

All logic pins have GND clamps. The three inputs are overvoltage tolerant and do not have V_CC clamps; the body diode of the P-channel transistor of the R output acts as a V_CC clamp.
