Please clarify which exact file-set is required.
The Altium source has mechanical drawings, schematics, layout, and Gerber files can be exported from this.
Is enough for your needs?

I need to know the diameter of the 4 holes used to secure the card. According to the model, the diameter is listed as 0.96 mm. What is the actual diameter of the holes?

I would like to point out that I downloaded the CAD model through Altium. I see that the four holes do not form a rectangle, meaning that each hole has a different size relative to the corner in which it is located. Does this make sense or is there an error in the model?
