    Here is the info for W package

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 146.8
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 80.2
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 135.8
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 57.3
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 123.7
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 14.2

    I will submit a request for the info for FK package and post it back here once I have it. Typically this can be up to 2 weeks.
