HDMI adaptor license is not required if using TDP1204.

Thanks for the feedback. That is great. Do you know when the HDMI adaptor license would be required? What types of parts would need it?

If you use the HDMI logo and claim compliance, you need to pay a license fee.
If you are selling a device with HDMI ports and intend to claim HDMI compliance, you need a license.
If you are manufacturing a finished end-user product (e.g., a TV or tablet) that uses HDMI, the manufacturer must be a licensed HDMI Adopter, and the product must meet all requirements of the Adopter Agreement.
